Welcome! I’m Mr. Reed, and I believe you don’t have to wait 20 years to make a massive impact in education.
At 29 years old, I transitioned from the classroom to the Assistant Principal’s office. But my path wasn’t a straight line. I started as a Music Teacher (learning how to manage the chaos of large groups), moved to Reading Intervention (mastering the data that drives instruction), and taught 5th Grade (navigating the pressure of state testing).
I created The Accelerated Admin for two types of educators:
- The Aspiring Leader: Who wants to move up and have a broader impact on teaching and learning.
- The Current Leader: Who wants practical, systems-based strategies to foster growth in their staff without burning anyone out.
Here, you won’t find textbook theory. You’ll find the real-world strategies I use every day to lead with energy, empathy, and efficiency.
